The item ripped within three weeks of putting it in the bed. The duvet cover is so soft that it constantly slips off the bed. I reached out to customer service three times to see if I could return it for a different set, but I never heard back. Finally, after 4-5 attempts to reach someone in customer service, I was able to get a new one because of the damage, but I'm still unhappy with the color and the way it slips off the bed constantly. I've recently noticed that this particular set is no longer offered in the website. My guess would be because others have had issues with it as well.

I ordered this bedding to splurge on myself in my new house and I just moved in and set it up only to be extremely disappointed as it has these huge discolored squares on it and one of the pillow cases is also slightly discolored next to the other one. I was really looking forward to this bedding but I am highly disappointed and would like a resolution to this as I spent a lot of money on this set. Order #32065

I love this bedding the only negative would be the sheet is so soft and the comforter is so heavy it slides off the bed as well as myself.

Aegean is not the blue it shows in the picture; It's a dark teal, which is disappointing because it doesn't match the sheets I have (If one were to Google Aegean as a color, it is, in fact, a dark teal... but the picture online is filtered and misleading. Is it a nice color? Absolutely. Does it go with my sheets? Nope.). The other side of duvet cover is also gray, not the dark charcoal/black shown. The pillow case accent strip is cheaply done... the seam is just flapping around and super visible and the material doesn't feel like the rest of the case. That being said, the comforter is what I really wanted and it's absolutely fantastic. The sizing is great, and I really like the weight of it. Shipping speed was also great. I do wish there was an option to just get the comforter and duvet cover, and/ or buy some additional pillowcases with no accents on them that match my comforter's color.
To sum up, I'm extremely happy with the comforter and shipping speed, but disappointed with the misleading color in the photos and the lack of options to just buy additional "plain" pillowcases or sheets to match this color set. Would I buy another comforter? Absolutely... I'll probably pick up the lightweight one for summer.

Amazing sheet and comforter just wish you guys would add the fitted sheet instead of the flat sheets for the bed sets, flat sheets are shit fitted sheets are better

The color is not the same as in the pictures. The comforter looks more blue online but looks turquoise in person. Other than that the product seems amazing. Just wish I got a different color now.

It came quicker than I thought! Tracking was provided and it came to my door in big box. Once opening it, I saw that all 10 pieces of this set were packaged and sealed tight.
This is my first time using a Duvet, but it turned out beautifully! Comforter was a nice weight and fluffly. Fitted sheet & Flat sheet also has a nice weight and very soft! Pillow shams fit my pillows perfectly.
Once I put my new bed set on, I immediately cuddled into my new bed. It was so fluffy and soft. It not as hot as I thought it would be so that was plus. I really do think this bed set will last me a long time. I would definitely purchase something from Santi again!
